What about the Euro?

Ability supports the Euro to the same extent as the operating system. Support for the Euro is built-in to Windows 98 and the Euro symbol is just a standard character in most fonts. The symbol is obtained by Ctrl-Alt-4. Note that it can be used as part of number formatting in Spreadsheet - select Tools/Options and in the Leading/Trailing Strings box, insert the Euro symbol (e.g. click in the box, press Ctrl-Enter for a new line and then Ctrl-Alt-4). You can apply this format to any numbers by selecting Format/Number, clicking the Leading radio button and selecting the Euro from the pick list.

For Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 95 users, a patch must be downloaded from Microsoft. See http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/Downloads/default.asp).
