Setting the character encoding for AbilityAbility will work in a wide range of languages that use characters outside of the standard Windows character endoding (Latin alphabet or code-page 1252).
Ability, however, is not a Unicode program and so to work properly with other codepages, please see Control Panel, Regional Settings, Advanced and set "Language for non unicode programs" to whatever your locale is.
Version 5 of Ability, due second half 2007, will support Unicode
