If installing from CD, usually means there is a defect on the CD-ROM.
If installing from our web site, it could be a problem with the local temporary folder. Try deleting temporary files:
- Start Internet Explorer
- Select Tools/Internet Options
- In the General tab, click Delete Files
- Restart installation
