Error 1606 Could not access network location.

Can occur when Windows XP has been installed as an upgrade to Windows 98/ME. This is a Microsoft Windows problem and may affect all programs installed using Microsoft Windows Installer. For a fix, please see the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

Can also occur when there is a timeout during install. Wait a minute and click Retry to see if the problem resolves itself.
