Setup prompts for DAO.MSI on Windows XP

Cause: DAO, part of Windows XP that deals with databases, is not set up correctly. One known instance is an ATI installation of DAO (DAO should not be installed on XP by any application since it is already part of XP).

Solution: In Control Panel, Select Add/Remove programs and check for DAO (ATI ver. 3.5). If found, remove it. Note that the ATI installation of DAO has been know to cause other programs to fail and not just Ability.
