Installing via dial-up or other slow internet connection

There are two ways forward:

Download the zip install (see below) on the PC with the dial-up connection. This is better than the standard install from the web method since most browsers are able to recover from where they left off in the case of a connection being dropped. If you are updating an existing installation, please make sure the zip download is complete before uninstalling existing.
Download the zip on an alternate PC that is connected via broadband and then save the zip (or unzip the contents to) a CD.
