My email has changed - how does this affect activation?

When you activate Ability Office, we tie your serial number and email address together. This prevents anyone else from using your serial number and allows us to retrieve the serial number if you can't remember it (see serial number checker).

If you change your email address and then want to activate Ability Office please do the following:

  1. Activate Ability Office using your old email address.
  2. Contact support using Tools/Online support within any Ability Office application.
  3. Your new email address will now be tied to your serial number.
