Support Policy

• Support is free for the current version of Ability Office and also, generally, any previous version for 1 year following the release of the current version.
• Current version is 11 and released Feb 2022.
• Support for all previous versions officially ended in February 2023.
• Older versions are not supported and an upgrade to the latest version is required to receive free support.
• Free support applies to email only - we are unable to offer free telephone support.
• Pre-sales technical enquiries - if you are trying out our software or have any questions prior to purchase we will of course try to help.
