Can't Preview/Print or Save to PDF all the slides in a presentation

There is a design fault in the printing function of Presentation. To print or export all the slides:

Click on any slide in the the Slide Sorter panel.
Click the Select All button on the Home toolbar tab (or Edit/Select All in traditional toolbar mode).
Select Print or Print Preview or File/Save As PDF as appropriate.
