Change of email address after activation

When you purchase Ability Office (from ability.com) or activate the software (purchased from any supplier) your serial number is locked to whatever email address you first use.

If you change your email address, and wish to install Ability on a 2nd or 3rd PC (according to your license) please use the email address you first used. After activation, send a note to support (Tools/Online support) and use your new email address. Your new email address will automatically be associated with your serial number so future activations could use either.
