- In addition, support is free for full and paid for versions only - we do not offer free support for promotional versions.
- Free support applies to email only - we are unable to offer free telephone support.
- Free support is for registered users only - if you have not already done so, please register your copy of Ability before requesting support.
- Pre-sales technical enquiries - if you are trying out our software or have any questions prior to purchase we will of course try to help.
