Installer "cannot find MSI"

Ability use a standard Microsoft bootstraper called setup.exe to manage the download of the actual installer. If something goes wrong when setup is downloading or executing the installer, then a message similar to "cannot find MSI" will be displayed.

Step 1: first try to run the installer with admin privileges. This will require you to re-login to Windows as the Admin user and then try the downloader again.

Step 2: otherwise, the cause could be too many temp files - try using Windows Disk Cleanup utility to delete temporary files and temporary internet files. To run this, type "Disk Cleanup" in the Windows search box.
